At Solaris Vape, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of vaping products and for health and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are:
* Unused and unopened
* In their original sealed packaging
* Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Returns requested after 14 days may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once sold:
* Opened or used disposable vapes
* Opened e-liquids or vape juices
* Opened pods, cartridges, or coils
* Clearance or final sale items
* Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, please provide:
* Your order number
* Photos or videos showing the issue
* A brief description of the problem
Once your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
* A replacement product
* A full refund
* Store credit, where appropriate
Refund Process
After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow this return policy.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent directly to your email when your order has been processed by our shipping team.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error by Solaris Vape.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Solaris Vape is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
